My boyfriend wants to quit drinking?!
Question: I'm looking for something to print off of the internet for my bf who wants to quit drinking. I'm looking for some sort of contract or certificate or something like that, which can be filled in and signed to say that he is committed to quitting drinking. I know I could probably make one up myself, but I was hoping someone might have a link to one that I could just print off of the internet. By the way, this is my bf's idea, not mine.......

That won't work. He needs to see a couselor for dependency.
I have never heard of anything like that. It would be more meaningful if he made up his own contract stating the things that are important to him. I hope he has every success.
if he wants to go cold turkey, then have him check into a rehab center.
