How can i sleep less nd work more??!

Well, sleep is very important. You need sleep to function physically and mentally.

There are ways to trick your body so you don't need as much sleep. There are these cycles where you take short bursts of naps every hour or so but you save a lot of time. Downside is that it is a hard cycle to break into. Friend say it is in the book "The game" by neil strauss

or just take chemicals

study more and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night

Honestly try drinking more water and eat more protein.. For me it works!! Hopefully for you too.
