Hey, it's all cool. Many of us have gone through family problems and every one of us deal with them differently.

Do what makes you happy, maybe video games, or a sport you like, or a special hobby of yours. I can only give suggestions, but I find that when something goes wrong and I'm not having the best day, I talk to my friends about it (but only do so if you are comfortable with it) or listen to my music, as it helps me get my mind off any unpleasant thoughts and allows me to concentrate on more positive things, like the conversation I'm having with a friend.

Maybe take a walk after school, and tell your family you need some time to think for a while. Grab something to eat, sit down and reflect on what you want to achieve and how you could get to where that is. Plan some goals, and keep a journal of events that make you happy.

You may need meds to help with your depression. or if its just because of family life and that is for sure the reason, i would suggest trying to forget it by doing things outside the house, maybe hang out with friends or join a team or something at school, just try and find something that is healthy and that will take your mind off of your problems at home. speak to your counsellor ASAP. focus on getting a good education and building a great life.

George, I have a simple, 2-step program for you that is cheap and doesn't involve silly pills or psychologists. Plus, it's probably the most effective.

1. Go on a 100% raw diet consisting of eggs, fish, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and consume nothing artificial in nature.

2. Then, run. Run in natural sunlight 5 kilomtres every day until you are sore. Then rest when you're sore.

Follow these 2 suggestions and I can safely GUARANTEE you will NOT feel depressed ANY longer.

If it's already affecting your activities of daily living, you may need to see a doctor (a psychiatrist preferrably).

talk to ur doctor he can parscribe medicacion that will help u dude

dint talked to my friends ,slept much,

now see wat should u do is that
daily at morning & evening do some exersises & play any xyz game . be a extrovert one.

daily at morning , first always say that today i will be confident
n will not blame myself for anything .explore the ways that keep u mentally good e.g. if somebody talks with u in rude language n u cant sustain it , just give him a lesson .

at last be a confident guy . be ambitious of achieving something , n sure u will be getting rid of these unwanted tensions.

only thing i have fount that helps me was meds,,an talkin to someone,,cause the more you hold it in the worse it gets,

Well first dont you dare to do drugs. K? k Distract yourself either get out or watch your fav. movie/show, do your favorite activitie, or go out with friends. Besides medicine thats the only thing thats helping me.
