Bipolar has many symptoms and can only be diagnosed my a psychiatrist. I recommend looking into all of the symptoms and show it to your mother and then if your sister meets many of the symptoms take the next course of action which would be meeting with a psychiatrist and discussing if she might be bipolar. Either way she might need to talk to someone and might even be suffering of some other form of mental disorder(there are many), Hope this helps.

There could be a lot of different answers/reasons for this.

How old are you? How old is your sister?

I suggest taking her to a doctor. There are sooo many mental illnesses in the world, it's hard to just prescribe her with one on the spot without running tests or anything.

I would maybe go about it very nicely though. You wouldn't want her to get offended, and get mad at you.

ask somebody u trust...

look up the def. 4 bipolar

yeah
or shes stressed out
you should let your mom see her do this stuff
and you should try to get her to therapy
