Brain trouble?!

Question: for the last few weeks at night my brain kind of shuts itself down while I'm still awake...usually around 8 or 9 pm....it's like I'm stuck between a dream and reality because I'm awake but I start to have weird thoughts and kind of hallucinate...it's like the way you feel when you are just drifting off into sleep, but I up and doing stuff....I've had blood work and a CAT scan and they said everything is fine....I also had an EEG and got my results today and they said everything was normal except for non specific findings...I can't get in to my doctor for a month so if anyone could help me on either of these 2 questions, I would greatly appreciate it....I'm 27 and am in good health other than I suffer from chronic anxiety so any help would be good in helping me not to worry about this....thank you...
