Waking up too early~! ={]?!


Question: i think it's all because of school. I wake up at around 5 or 4 a.m. on weekdays and because of that i seem unable to sleep late on weekends. I try forcing myself to sleep, daydream, etc. but it never works! It's been like that from young. i've always been an early waker...just that last time i only woke up at around 7 in the morning on weekends. It's fine if i wake up early as long as i use the time productively. which i don't. I mean early in the morning, who feels like writing? My letters will go haphazardly (or smth like that)..and ....i don't know, hpw do i force myself to do some work or something??? =)))

that happens to me when during the summer. What I do is stayup later on friday, read - thats what i do. then you 'll put those usless hours into hours of sleep. A good way to catch up on the news or ur fav. author.

You could accept that you're an early riser. Using that time productively could simply be acknowledging that this is a time to relax, take a long bath, enjoy a nice breakfast with a cup of tea, etc. I mean, most other people are sleeping anyway, right?

You could also speak to an acupuncturist who understands Chinese medicine. They may have some ideas for you.

as per me waking too early is a good habit but if u wana sleep till late try to go to bed late.
try to read some books, magzines,watch tele r do something so that u become use too of going bed late might b this improve ur problem.
still if u feel same take advantage of ur time go fr morning walk or gem to maintain ur self any way i get up very late especially on weekends 11/12 coz going bed very late.
