It sounds like anxiety or an anxiety attack. They are not the most pleasant things, actually, they are just plain awful!

Try to focus on what is causing the discomfort in the first place.... if this fails, I would try to distract myself from my current feelings/situation and do something else. These are all the things that I try when I feel that the anxiety is creeping back. If all else fails, I would see your doctor for some valium (diazepam) - I only took this once as I was completely hysterical and needed to just relax... it works really well in bad circumstances. I hope that you don't need this though.

Good luck, and remember, it is not just you out there that has felt these awful feelings. Knowing this made it much easier for me to cope with.

u might be going into or through insanity stages...
and ps; im not kidding.

Sounds like anxiety. Sometimes it helps to try and focus on what might be making you feel really upset or worried.

You might be having an anxiety attack. Just try to take some deep breaths and calm yourself.

I hope you feel better...

i usually look up the song called "cherub rock" by the smashing pumpkins, and i listen to it in my head or on youtube over and over again. yeah, i'm weird

depression i'm thinking. talk to a doctor or just call the office of a doctor and talk to a nurse

sounds to me like anger, frustration, and anxiety. is there a secret that your keeping from everyone? like maybe that you thought wouldnt matter much but are now realizing that some people knowing may ruin you? think about how you see yourself in life right now and if your not happy with it, do something about it! try to change yourself into a better you. and if that doesnt help, try doing more things you find calming. like maybe get your nails done, or have a spa day. or just hang out with some old friends. and dont freak out. everything will be okay in the end. so if everything isnt okay, its not the end. =]

Did you take your meds today, also try calling your doctors office with the meds that your on they should have a on call person that you can talk to

First of all, you need to relax. You can achieve this by just breathing and focusing on your breathe. Think of nothing else. Just breathe in and breathe out...

Eckhart Tolle wrote in A New Earth: Awakening To Your Life's Purpose "Confusion is not knowing something you think you should know". That sounds like your situation. Maybe you should read this book. It is a manual for life! You can learn more by clicking on this link here:

I have been on all of these medications. All of these medications have side effects of confusion. They maybe in different medication categories but ultimately help do the same thing. Stabilize mood, help with hallucinations (if present). I absolutely would speak with your prescribing doctor on Monday. If your having confusion and/or unpleasant effects you might want to consider simplifying your daily medications. Agitation is also a side effects to medications. It may sound odd if that is one of the reasons you were prescribed these. Also depression can worsen. Your not going insane as said by someone else. Your most likely having side effects. Stay calm, do some breathing exercises.Keep yourself distracted. Absolutely check your medication side effects! webMD.com. Some of these side effects are rare but can happen just as easily and any others. Its depends on the person. I agree it maybe anxiety also. Your medications have VERY HIGH potential to cause anxiety. If it worsens I would seek help more immediately. Best Wishes to you.
