I need help falling asleep, without any medication!?!


Question: I fall asleep with the TV on, but i set the timer for it.
I sleep with a fan.
Ive tried herbal tea and warm milk, doesn't work for me.
Ive tried reading, doesn't work for me.

The main reason i have trouble falling asleep is that im afraid of the dark =/
I always think that i see these creatures and stuff coming out of darkness and stuff...
I have a really small room (its really supposed to be a closet, I swear)
And my bed sits on the ground. there is no space at all between the floor and the bootom of my bed so i dont have to worry about anything under my bed..

Please help me on how to fall asleep quick?

use a night light for a little while if you need to, i used to when i was younger and it always made me feel safer, also before you go to bed just check around the room, you will feel better if you absolutely know that there are no monsters hiding anywhere.

how old r u, cmmon man jus close ur eyes

One thing you could do is exercise this way your body will set itself for needing rest later on.
