Sleep earlier?!


Question: How do I get myself to sleep earlier? I cant help but stay up for a long time. I just stare at the ceiling for 1-3 hours and posisbly more. Reading just makes be feel more awake before going to bed and trying to go to bed earlier and fixing like my body clock and stuff hasnt worked for me. Oh and please dont recommend tea I hear it makes you morea wake as well and isnt good for your skin or something.

I want healthy beautiful skin D":
Oh and I dont wanna be putting chemicals in my body pleasee ;D

So I want something natural ;D
Its good for my skin 8D

Before you go to bed
try these things
- have a bubble bath with lavender oil
- have a glass of milk
- have a banana
- I brought this really cool sound machine that plays like the ocean it really makes me relax and get too sleep

Take a really, really hot bath. That makes you tired. Also have warm milk. That is tiring also. Put on some soothing music, like if you play violin, violin music. If that still doesn't help, here is what I do. Pick a movie you know very, very well. (for me it is Mean Girls). Start playing the movie in your head. (Like watch it!) I know it sounds crazy, but try it!!
