Try going to bed earlier
Leading a more healthy lifestyle, i.e exercise and good food.
Think some people are just more tired in the morning than others, u may not be an early bird.Like some people need more sleep than others too. So if u try things and nothing works then this may be the case, as long as your not tired all day and night too, may not be a prob, just learn to get used to it

Tiredness can signify lots of different issues.

The first one to consider is, do you sleep enough? Most of us require 8 hours a night.

Are you keeping a sleep routine? often if we chop and change our bedtimes, it causes our body to rebel and feel tired.

If you are sleeping as above, and do not wake a lot at night, maybe going to the toilet too much or not sleeping in a comfortable bed, tiredness can be a sign of depression.

If it is depression it could be a mild depression caused by a life event, or a heredity condition.

Exercise can help with both issues, as can good diet and general well being.

Finally keep a "before sleep diary" write down all the things worrying you or things you have to do the next day, this should calm you enough to sleep better.

Drink some coffee.

Maybe you have restless sleep...meaning you toss and turn alot in your sleep. you dont know that your doing it but you are... then when you wake up in the morning you are still tired...

tere could be many reasons.
u might have a hectic work which tightens you muscles after u wake up & makes u lazy .
u might not sleep well or sleep late.
u might be over weight.
so try thes to help u;
You can do some exer to help activate your self.
eat a good healthy breakfast
have a warm shower.
try cupping in your neck,head & back it helps alot.

exercise more and go to sleep early....exercise may seem like omg...im already tired...but seriously do it and you'll feel alot better. This is coming from a NCAA football player
