Why do i feel happier when i get proper sleep?!


Question: like instead of weekends when i go to sleep at 2 am and wake up at 12 pm im not as happy and energized but on regular days when i go to sleep at like 10 or 11 and wake up at 6 30 im all happy and hype?

A regular sleep pattern allows a person to feel energized and happy. When one veers off this it causes a slight "imbalance". The body likes routine!

They also say sleep before midnight is better than after midnight and finally, you only reach REM sleep 6 hours into your sleep. REM is particularly good for rest reasons.

you body is use to your normal ways of sleep
and so when you stay out late or go to bed late and wake up late likend noon you feel worse than if you would have gone to bed earlier and so this would make you grumpy or something
