I'm so sad right now?!


Question: i feel so sad, so so sad but i dont know why. have you ever felt that way and what did you do to feel better?

I know how you feel, and trying to do something to get your mind off it probably won't help right now. So the best thing I think you should do is think about how you are feeling and know that the feeling will pass. "The truth is, life is almost never as bad as it seems when you're in a low mood. Rather than staying in a bad temper, convinced you are seeing life realistically, you can learn to question your judgment. Remind yourself, "Ofcourse I'm feeling depressed; I'm in a bad mood. Know that if you don't fight your negative feelings, if you are graceful, they will pass away just as surely as the sun sets in the evening." omg same!!! like i know how u feel. talk to friends or family that make u feel good or listen to a good song. and watch something on youtube or tv that makes u laugh.

Those feelings, especially if you have no reason for them are feelings that try to attack us and distract us from our purpose in life, and paralyze us with fear. think on lovely things, and things that are full of good news, joyful music, etc.

Yes, everybody has experienced sadness for nothing. This is part of a terrible depression you have. Think positive, think all the beauty things you have in life. perhaps you are worried about something. Do you have a place to live? Do you have food? think a lot a people that do not have even to survive. Think about how lucky you are. Just relax!!!! Having stress is a lot of time consuming.
