I need help with my anxiety problems for a trip? in two days!?!?!


Question: I have anxiety badly, I'm not on medicine (I plan to go see someone soon) but I'm about to go on a trip to Texas (19 hr drive) with my aunt and uncle (I'm 16) I usually get anxiety when I'm stressed and before I go to sleep which is bad because if I have an attack in my room I won't go back in there for the rest of the night, I just sleep in the living room. I don't exactly see eye to eye with the people were staying with, and I know I'm going to get homesick. Any tips to calm my anxiety so I can have a good time? (I already know holding my breath and all that, that sort of stuff doesnt work for me) and I know I need medicine but I dont have time were leaving Wednesday. Please if you have secrets or something to make this more stressfree and enjoyable, share them. I already feel homesick and worried and we havent left yet, but I'm going for sure. And also please pray for me.

Before you get over whelmed with a situation, try and just start writing every thing down, or if you are not really up for that try and exercise, run or something. But if you are in the car for a long time and you become anxious or start having a panic attack really try are breathe deeply and slowly. I don't know if
you are a Christian or not but , I keep a few scriptures with me and read them like :

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable
