Hey, I was bulimic too (I suffered from severe clinical depression), I know how challenging this is to overcome but here's what has helped me the most:

1. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR FOOD DOWN WHATSOEVER. Don't purge altogether. Making yourself puke (not puking naturally) could lead to heart arrhythmias or a stomach rupture = death. Plenty of bulimics have been found DEAD in front of the toilet bowl... it can happen to you too... you can't risk trying to get away with it!
2. To prevent binges: eat healthy meals (no skipping meals) and snack on healthy stuff like fruit, carrots with dip or whatever. Don't beat yourself up if you binge eat because slip-ups are bound to happen, just make it a one-time event and keep working towards recovery.
3. Before even HEADING to the fridge, ask yourself, "HOW DO I FEEL RIGHT NOW? Do I really need to eat at this moment? Am I really hungry? When was the last time I ate?" Differ between real hunger and "emotional" hunger; if it's physical by all means eat something, but if it's to cope with your feelings try to do something else, like crying if you're sad, listening to music, talking with a friend, getting out of the house, etc. Think of it as "replacing bad coping mechanisms with good ones."
4. Keep yourself busy, avoid thinking much about food - it's only meant to nourish your body and satisfy hunger, period.
5. Improve your self-esteem (repeating positive affirmations helps A LOT), be positive, learn to love your body no matter its size.
6. Educate yourself. Check out sites like www.somethingfishy.org

Good luck! I know it's not easy, but you can certainly overcome this challenge!

(For the cutting part, again, just try to replace it with something else--something that makes you feel better without harming yourself. When you feel like cutting, go out for a run, read, cry, talk to a friend, watch a movie, chew gum... I know of people who were very addicted yet managed to stop altogether, this takes a lot of willpower but you can do it with determination.)

Stop! It can kill you. Your a beautiful person, Shine through the darkness and face your demons! Stand up, dont Make your self sick. If you want to stay fit eat right and excercise dont do the cowards way! It could harm you. Shine through, Consult a Dr if you are worried or talk to someone. Shine, your a beautiful person and deserve to live life. Best of luck. SHINE!

Girl,
You need to go to a doctor to help you.. don't let it get worse it can get a LOT worse..
Also trust in the Lord Jesus, if you have not yet, get into a relationship with him, he is the best healer and he will bring the right people into your life if you talk to him

sweetie, get an adult. get someone that can help you. You can die, and you can seriously hurt yourself. Hurry, b4 it's too late.

theres not alot you can do by yourself... you should definitally go see a doctor. They can help you through it! whatever you do don't keep it to yourself, and let it get worse! you could kill yourself! for both the cutting and bulimia, you need a doctor!

read Wasted by Marya Hornbacher.

You think it'll make you worse, and then the last chapter will literally turn you around.

It'll bring you to tears.

stop. right now. take control of your life and what you know is right. you cant be bulimic forever so stop now and start to do things that make you happy. with regards to self harm, try to release your emotions in an alternative way. Take a long walk, blast music, go on the computer. keep your mind off of cutting and making yourself sick.
