How do I move on and get over the past?!


Question: Everything is extremely great now, but at random times of the day i find myself thinking about past things that have happened to me that hurt me.

well you know what my track coach told me? he told me sprinters have amnesia...they forget what happened last time and get excited for the next opportunity...that talk helped me lol i was like "yeah...i have amnesia!!" and it worked i just forgot about it

so even though you might not be a sprinter just be like to yourself "girl i got amnesia...what happened?" and it's OH WELL!! :D

It helps to feel the pain from the losses of the past - so that we live in the present and let go of the past. All of us have memories of when people hurt us. Some are easier to let go than others. If we are honest, we haven't always been good to people and have caused them pain too. We must practise forgiveness for ourselves for our mistakes and learn from them so we don't end up repeating them.

do something else! get involoved in a activity or find a new hobby. the same has happened to me recently and i got involved in other things and now i can hardly remember.
