Every time I eat I want to make myself throw up?!

Question: When I was 14 I used to make myself throw up. I stopped because friends noticed. I'm now 17 and yesterday I started making myself sick again. I know it's bad and I am killing myself. In 2days I have made myself sick 5times. What I do is wait until after dinner when my family is doing whatever. I go to my bathroom lock the door turn on the tub and make myself sick. I know I need help. I'm so scared to tell anyone. There is noone I trust to keep my secret. Just tell me what to do. I'm just looking for support.

I don't know what to say to make you stop, but please find the strength to go to a professional who can help you. You need to value yourself, in hurting yourself you hurt everyone who cares about you. People value you more than you realise, have faith in yourself, you can be happy. Food makes you strong, and healty. It helps your immune system and keeps you looking young. Research food and diet and see for yourself the wonder of food, learn how to eat a healthy balanced diet. Keep fit and enjoy being you.

You have a problem.
Get help.

You MUST tell your parents about this and RIGHT AWAY!

You have bulemia and it needs professional treatment to get better.

I have a friend who has struggled with this all her life and it's now caused other problems in her throat and stomach.

You're young enough to get this fixed a lot more easily than her.

Tell your parents and have them get you to the doctor immediately.
