sometimes you can have memories (especially if theyre bad) that we surpress as a natural survival skill of trauma, the feeling you get could be anxiety, mixed with confusion...because you dont know why its taking that effect on you...also to get more spiritual on the matter you can always try a dream person...on a spiritual basis...not always a therapist...that could help you remember your dreams and maybe you have the begining of a psychic growth inside you that is begining with the acknowledgement of seeing things before the happen?!
