Am I being selfish to cry?!

Question: I feel guilty for everything because I believe I caused all my families problems, and if I cry about it I feel selfish because it makes my family upset to see me cry, and they argue with eachother saying, 'Oh now look what you've done! You made Rachael cry!' But that makes me feel bad because why should they be blamed for something as stupid and selfish as me crying? When I cry I feel bad because it makes my parents feel bad, and then I feel worse because I assume that it makes my parents feel bad, which in turn makes me cry even more. I don't cry about everything, like how fat I am or something, just the fact that feel that I cause all the arguments, and that I'm the one who is tearing this family apart, and me crying just makes it worse. Am I being selfish to cry about this?

oh dear...Rachael! It is NOT you're fault. When you have to let it out, let it out. There is no law saying you have to hold back. You're parents need to solve it out, not you. Let it out! Scream! Start journaling about your feelings. Please don't blame yourself, you've done nothing wrong. Feel better, hun. (:

P.S. There is nothing wrong being a little thick. At least you're not like those skinny girls who don't eat at all and starve themselves to death! Maybe you can start exercising to feel good and make yourself confident! Best of Luck!!

You can cry whenever you want. Crying helps. It's good for you. Did you know that whenever you feel bad theres this toxic stuff inside of you that builds up, and when you cry, you let it out? Plus, if it makes you feel better, you should cry. There's nothing wrong wih being emotional.

start crying in your bedroom where nobody sees you.

do you think your family wont buy you something becuase you caused their problems or do you really know your family and if that si the case,., how do they do things you dont understadn if you understand th purpose of a family
