I dunno about Urophilia, but i have a bondage fetish as well as many other and i have no clue what triggered it, i wasnt raped in my childhood or had any trauma that even relates to bondage, it's just something that arouses me and interests me. Everyone is different i guess. Some people like to be bitten....doesnt mean they were bitten as a child
i think its the person that always has control will always be aroused when there is no control. being held down almost helpless can be a turn on to some ppl. it can kinda take away of the worry about how to please and just be pleased w/o any idea about whats comeing up next. personaly i'm not that way at all i like to be in control during play time.
Some fetishes may devolop ranomly, although i do know foot fetishes can be caused by Parents using their feet to play with their child/hold them down (the child get the fetish btw)
