My sister asked me for "Special K"?!
Question: I was confused and told her to go to the market. She said it was a drug. Does anyone know what this is and what it does? I don't want it I just want to know what it is. I am not familiar with illigal drugs.

Ketamine, it's a tranquilizer used on horses, people use it to relax themselves and chill out. It can have some nasty side effects though, particularly with regular usage as you may find the dose needed for the same feeling increases, this is when she could do herself some serious damage, as very high doses can be fatal.
In the UK this is a breakfast cereal. It is good for people who want to diet. Maybe she wants to get trim?
It is a animal tranquilizer that people "cook" and then cut up and snort. It gives you the feeling of being in a "hole" ...thus the phrase "K hole".

"Special K" is ketamine. It is a horse tranquilizer. People use it as a street drug (usually by snorting it). From what I cen tell (I had friends who did it in college) it has similar effects as heroin. It is addictive, and very dangerous. It is easy to overdose. most k that is sold on the street is not pharmacy grade, can be cut with dangerous substances.
get her away from the idea of club drugs altogether.
