Sleep talking...pleas help?!
Question: every night i talk in my sleep. im not stresed how can i stop my self from talking in my sleep?????

i have had this problem.
simple cure.
if you sleep talk this means that soemthign is stressing you and therefore your going to sleep stressed.
i.e if you are in trouble at school then thats what you will talk about in your sleep.
so just try to relax and clear your mind before you go to sleep.

you can,t stop it,it,s part of a dream you are having and usually when something is close to you in a dream you will usually speak more fluidly.
That is normal. Soon you will grow out of it. Many people as that. I prefer talking to a doctor.
You might be getting out your stress in your sleep. I slept-talked, but grew out of it. What always used to bug me is I would ask people what I said, and they would always forget.
buy a book not just any, and not creepy novels. try to buy a romantic novel and make a habit to read either 1 or 2 pages before going to bed would stop ur sleep talking habit. try it.
My husband does this, so does my mother-in-law. We have tried everything. I don't think there is a cure. I think it is perfectly normal, especially when you are dreaming.

I have had a conversation with my uncle who's a doctor. If I'm no doing a mistake, he's told me that if you don't want talk during the sleep you have to do a "better" ( in a good sense like more sport, good alimentation and so more) life.
