Is mind 'emptiness' natural at age 30?!
Question: Ever since my 27th birthday earlier this year, I've been feeling a weird sensation - emptiness of the head.
I'm having trouble remember dates, names, and faces. When you speak to me face-to-face, I have trouble phrasing sentences and coming up with the correct words; I'm often 'uuuh'-ing like an idiot and stumbling over simple phrases.
I still read as much as I did a few years ago and I still have green tea during tea time. My brain just feels emptier... slower.
I went to a doctor and they said I didn't have alzheimers or anything like that, so my question is:
Is this natural at my age?

Whatever the cause of temporary or other form of memory loss, it is not normal. Just because one set of doctors, your own, have dismissed the idea of Alzheimers, does not mean that you are not facing the onset of this condition. It is not an illness/disease associated exclusively with old-age.
