Talk to someone or exercise that always works for me.

Perhaps a counselor, or a psychiatrist and medication.

talk to someone u know that can sit down and listen to u, someone who ain't gonna judge u

pray and plead the blood of Jesus over your life every day.

Ask for real help!

You should get some help for what you are going through.

See your doctor for a referral or visit a mental health professional. It may be hard to do, but it will really help you sort out everything.

You will feel a lot better.

There are also online forums and hotlines you can call to talk to someone, completely confidentially, anytime.
