Anixety Please Tell Me If You Have The Same?!
Question: I have had such a hard life since I was 5. I was and still am so paranoid about vomit. If I vomit its like the world ends, and when I have like a bad taste in my mouth I freak. It has been bad. I have had 7 therapists and they all quit on me or didn't help. My mom thinks she understands but I know she doesn't I need to know if anyone out there has my problem. I have never talked to anyone who really understood.

Seems like a major phobia you've got...
Phobias are hard to understand, most people think you are over-reacting and just being childish. They don't understand how intense the fear can be and how disabling it can be.
Lucky for me my phobia is of needles so I don't have to face it very often, only when I go to the doctor's office... and it is always a multi-hour, multi-visit ordeal if I have to get a needle. I've even kicked my good share of nurses.
I am sorry your phobia is about something that doesn't just crop up once and awhile... That is an almost daily fear you have... I suggest you keep trying until you can find someone that can help you overcome your fear.
