Is it normal to feel like you're stuttering more but people around you don&#!

Question: I am in 7th grade but in 2nd grade I suddenly got REALLY bright and I started stuttering.
recently my stuttering is getting worse and I'm kind of depressed (I'm not goth).
I told my friends about my situation and they were fine with it. They understand that nobody's perfect. but like for the past week it's gotten worse.
i know myself. when i grumble and say "grrr I can't talk today" my friends say i'm talking fine.

my parents say so too. they say that when i grow older i'll probably grow out of it.

please help, and i don't really want to go to a speech therapist/doctor/anything. my family doesn't have health insurance.
i'm also very bright.
please answer my question and please it'd be great to tell me how to get rid of this and everything.
My IQ is 154 by the way.

I have the same thing! Its only slight but it is there. I think it is todo with your depression. Maybe you should see a pathologist
