Question: my head feels like heavy, and im a little dizzy could it just be tiredness, and also it feels like someone stuffed tissues in itt. My ears r clogged as well?

I would not jump to the brain tumor conclusion; the odds are overwhelming that it's probably a cold or allergies (which could include both airborne or food allergies).
