ok.
Well the writing in the journal bit does help. As it is a release for you. Not anyone else and no one ever has to see it but you. So you can write whatever you want in it. IT IS JUST FOR YOU.
ok about the disorder. Are you on medications at all?
Is there any friends you hang out with? That are ok with your problems at all.
Can you find a new focus. Like art or sports. or helping someone with physical actiitives like yard work, or simple tasks. ? by taking the focus off the problem you can then help yourself see some of the triggers that can cause it to flare up. Are you sleeping deep enough and feel rested when you get up.? Are you eating healthy meals and getting enough to drink , as fresh juices and lots of water. As sometimes we dont realize that we're starving our bodies and in turn affect our thoughts and judgments , as we arent clear headed.
Have you ever heard of natural tablets called lecithin, or glutamic acid or glutamine. As well as brain pep. They are all brain booster and mood stabalizers. I've taken the lgutamine and the lecithin for a long time they have helped me out a lot. Then there is also teas you can get and some self help books that tell you what your body may be deicient in and how to rebuild it to bring it back to where it should be.
You're not a lone in this struggle . There are many people with this problem, and some that go through it and don't know they are this way, Just that they are moody and seem to act differently for no reasons.

You need to talk to your counselor. There are places that will take you for free. Call a mental health line in your city or a hospital. I live in the Cleveland Area and I know there are certain hospitals out there.

I'm also bi-polar and once in a while I feel depressed and really suicidal. If you are suicidal and really believe you might do something call 911. They will be glad you called them instead of killing yourself. You can also email me to talk at mercymay1@yahoo.com

Maybe its good your parents don't read english. If no one else wants to listen, write and write and write about it until your hand is killing your. Write a letter to your parents, as long as you want it to be, and say anything and everythign you ever wanted to say to them. Write to the people that never wanted to listen to your problems, and write to your friends. What you need to do is just talk about it. I have bipolar, and borderline personality disorder. Writing is VERY theraputic, and best of all, its free so even if you have no insurance, you can still write. I know how you feel, SERIOUSLY. Just try it tonight, write a lot, to everyone, and then go to sleep and see how you feel when you are done. I promise, it'll feel better.

Please do not label yourself as "bipolar" if you have not been professionally diagnosed. You may have some hormonal sh-t going on, being a teenager, and your emotional stress and anxiety could likely stem from your reactions within your family.

And so you know, you are essentially setting yourself up for failure with the defensive tone you've got. You are practically screaming that you either don't want help or that you want to be coddled over. Neither will do you any good.

Take a deep breath, chill out, go for a walk. It'll either get better or worse, and if you ARE bipolar, it'll do both. You do sound a bit dramatic, so I'd tone it down and take a closer look at exactly what has been causing your emotionality.

Good luck,

Anna
