Clozaril and seroquil is very effective in dealing with schizophrenia.

Well I am not qualified, but I know that Clozapine worked wonders on my brother, but my mum can't take it, as it can be dangerous if you are physically not well. Citalopram actually MADE me delusional when I had it for depression! Be guided by what the dr says, as they have the training. But mention Clozapine, if your body is strong enough, it seems a very much "kinder" drug on your mind.
Sincerely hope you get out of this, mental suffering is infinitely worse than physical agony. You can black out if pain is bad enough, but there is no escaping what's in your head. Good luck and blessings on you!

haldol. helps me :)

i'm getting put on a different antipsychotic though it starts with a C. (the letter c)

but if you have both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder its called schizoaffective disorder. (what i have)

EDIT : also with schizoaffective disorder its either bipolar or depression with schizophrenia. i have the bipolar one you have the depression one. look up schizoaffective disorder. you'll get more info then what i can tell you through here. (haldol does wonders for me :) )

EDIT : i'm going to try serquil too.... thats after i've been on celexa longer you know what i mean? they will probably put you on an antipsychotic, antidepressant, mood stabilizer, and possible muscle relaxant (if you have catatonic schizophrenia)

You need an antipsychotic.

Tell them to try gedon. It works well w/other meds.
I been there dont that.
