How do i get out of this 'slump?'?!


Question: hey there, so lately i just haven't been myself, i've been feeling like i'm never good enough for anybody, or nothing i do is ever right. i feel like every move i make is wrong, everything i say is wrong. I've been judging myself against other people, and it makes me feel worse. I am clinacally depressed, but normally i can control my emotions, but lately, i've just been horrible, i don't if it's because it's around my period time, but what should i do to get myself out of this slump?

please don't suggest for me to take medication, or anything, i've already tried it, didn't work.

Are you sure that the medication you took didn't work or that you didn't like the side effects. Perhaps the medications weren't right for you. There are a lot of things you can do but taking medication is the one thing that you can do that does work and works well. It is the side effects that take getting used to. Think about it, which is worse, what you are going through right now or the sluggishness, or whatever you are feeling from the medication . Make the decision right away and remember thing may get even worse without the prescription.

try exercising regularly....it helps relieve stress and it regulates serotonin....I'm in the same situation you are and I've noticed that the days I workout, I feel pretty good....my problem is just getting the motivation to do it everyday....good luck and God bless

Tell other people to p**s off and make some new moves.
If your in a funk get funky .
do some thing new or go back to something from the old school that made you happy.
I geocache ..its nopt for every body but I like getting out and finding new places to stomp around.
and when you find new places you also find new people.
Change it up and then see how you do.

Just try to control what you say... just like me. I say in my head... " Does this sound or fell like the right thing to do or say?"
