Tip of the mountain...?!

Question: I feel like I'm about to get really down again. I've been feeling normal for about a month and a half now, no depression or other crazy thoughts...

I kind of feel like all my efforts are going to go to waste and I'm going to sink back down again deep into depression, anxiety, racing thoughts, confusion, etc.

I had some weird dreams last night and I can sense my thought-process changing. I am becoming more cynical and taking things to heart. I'm already starting to have some weird behaviors.

My mom wanted me to take vitamins the other day and I outright refused. I also didn't take any today, I just put them back in the bottle, I told my mom I took them. I have a bad history with pills and I can't stand to swallow them, I fear that if I take them I will end up taking pills I shouldn't be taking...

I can't explain that to my mom because she doesn't know about my old habits, but the fear is somewhat irrational.

don't dwell on it....if you are constantly thinking that you are going to feel depressed again, then you are....just ignore it and you should feel better....dwelling on things only make them worse

Some people are vitamin freaks and I agree with refusing them. There is very little science supporting the majority of whats on chemists shelves (eg ginko balboa). Simply, vitamins don't cure everything - except a vitamin imbalance.

From what you say, and also implied, you have reason to seek professional advice. Your GP would be a good start. At least identify whether you have a real problem or not. I can see 2 sides to what you say. I see a lot in what you don't say too.

See your GP - or any decent GP.
