the shakiness and tears sound like you are having alot of panic feelings or anxiety. when situations come up where someone throws up, acknowledge that they threw up but don't let yourself think anything bad about the situation you are in. if you start to feel those feeligns of shakiness, just breathe very deep and know that in a few minutes you will still be sitting there having a regular day and that someone will come clean up, and the day will go on just like it was moments before.

at any given moment you tend to forget what you were thinking abotu just minutes before.. try to distract yourself, get out a book and force yourself to read or go on about your day. that way as time goes on you know you can get over it and even face it without it affecting you

I hate it as well, it's one of the worst feelings ever. I didn't burp when I was younger either, just started doing that last year. Now I have to be careful not to burp on a full stomach because of fear of throwing up a little in my mouth.

Just don't puke mate.

you are wierd and i would suggest you just get over it... you are going to see puke a lot. when you are a parent and your kids come into your room in the middle of the night because they dont feel good, and they throw up all over you, what are you going to do then, run out the door crying???

eventually you're going to need to get over it - if you're planning on having kids - they are going to get poop, pee, and vomit all over you at some point

I recomend u never to drink, and u'll just have to get over it.

think of it this way

it is a protective mechanism that your kind body is offering you to protect you from any irritants you can't handle ^_^

so whenever you feel nausea or anything like that , vomit will relieve it :)

you should face your fears and just drink some.

Try to avoid barf.
As for all of these jerks saying "just get over it", they need a slap upside the head. You can't just "get over it". It's like any other fear (mine is snakes), you can't just "suck it up". Just try to stay away from it.
Are you afraid of SEEING it, or does this happen when YOU throw up? The same thing happens to me when I throw up. It's not that I'm crying, but my eyes water - a lot. I also get shaky. It's not a big deal. Just flush and go back to bed.
If you're afraid of SEEING it. Like I said, just try to avoid it. You're only 14, and this is a long way away, but you'll be surprised what you can handle when it comes out of your own kid. Those parents who grab their kids' snot with their bare hands and wipe it on their pants, I used to think were just INSANE. I have a 10 year old son, and have done that MANY times. Don't stress out about it!!
