Well, that explains it...?!

Question: Long history short... So... I have what wiki defines as "Obsesive Love", but at the same time I have what wiki calls "Love-Shyness" which has lately been driving me crazy.
And on top of that I have bi-polar tendencies...
I'm basically obsessed with this girl (not entirely obsessed, because I try to keep in touch with reality) but yes entirely obssesed because I've ACTUALLY tried looking for information about her on the web. I'm constantly fantazising about her and lately I've been having this urge to walk near her house... Which for me, most normal people and legal statutes is so... SOOO very wrong.
I'm turning into a stalker. I don't wanna be a stalker!
Much less to a girl I like!!!
If I like someone I'd like to have a healthy relationship with them, but my stupid love-shyness won't let me!
My parents won't admit that their son has a problem (So I can't get professional help).
Is there any solution to this before I try to blow my brains out?

Psycho ...

Whatever you do you must not ever dwell on or consider blowing your brains out. I can see here that you are rational enough to think even this much through. That is a good sign. However, remember that "suicide is a permanent solution for a temporary problem". It solves nothing and deeply hurts those you leave behind.

I am a teacher. Here is a great outlet for you. Find someone at school who will support you (teachers, Principal, school nurse, etc ...) If it were to be a counselor - that's even better. Let them know how you're feeling and they can work wonders. Not to mention maybe even convince your mom and dad to get you some help. That is the most important thing you need to do for right now. You will not be able to work on any of this other stuff until you deal with the emotional stuff.

That being said ... perhaps the best thing to do is just put yourself out there with this girl. If she is interested you can pursue it in a healthy manner. If she isn't then no matter how much it stings you must move on to someone or something else.

Best of luck to you ...

i'm not sure.

Arrange to consult with a doctor to diagnose a treatment for your bi-polar tendency. Discuss your compulsive feelings with him. Give him permission to discuss your case with your parents.

You are going through a phase of hormonal adjustment, and you need some help to be able to keep your social behavior constructive until you get through it.

if your love sickness is crazy, then I guess we all should be in a nut house...you are not a stalker, you just are as you said, no confidence, no self esteem, no faith in yourself, that you can actually have a real life relationship with someone...when you are so unconfident in yourself,...you find yourself searching and hiding, because you feel safe this way...don't be a stalker however, or your loving feelings will turn to something sick...and you don't want that to happen. I suggest that you tell your parents that you really need to talk and that you want to know what to do...don't blow your brains out either...is there any way you can meet this girl? talk to someone at school, like a school councilor or someone a nurse, etc, and be sure to get some help for yourself...because what might just be a normal bite of the love bug, might turn out to manifest itself in the wrong direction, if you let it...God Bless honey, and good luck
