Personality Disorder is very complex. Depending on the issues one faces and the anxiety attached to inner stigmas. We all have some form of Personallity disorder but to manage and controll it in ones unique way is the key. Either accepting your limits and letting go of ones fear is a start of awareness. Anything is possible to over come.
Anti-social and dependant would be the best way to describe this character who projects his personal views on others in anger, but to live up to his disorder he's got to bust balls and make choices to depend on others to take out the hit. But good on him for sharing his emotions. Ahhhhh......
a personality disorder can just be a personality disorder. Doesn't have to be any of the 4 you suggested.

Isn't he just too emotional to be a ruthless mobster, since he occassionally cries? I don't think that's a disorder at all, just not a required for his chosen profession!
anti social personality disorder. No empathy for others, he can't see why the doc feels mad when he disrupts him whenever he feels like it. Killer with no remorse, it is only his job.
