I'm bipolar and am too dependant on someone I'm not sure is still there !
Question: I'm dependant on my girlfriend. I was a little in a friendship way the way I was with everyone of my friends before we got together.
While we've been together alots gone on and I've lost the majority of my friends. Now she says we're on a break but can still see each other and its confusing me to no end.
In the past year she's been in 3 psych wards, one for a week, one for a month and then one recently for 2 weeks. She's not completely better from that and I can understand her parents not wanting me near her at the moment because I'm getting incredibly worse and they believe I'll make her worse
But she now wants this break. its all VERY confusing and I don't know what to do. I don't have ANYONE who can help support me.
I was diagnosed with bipolar last year and this is my first MAJOR depressive episode. I've been depressed the whole time but this is worse then ever. All I need is support but I've become too dependant on her and now she's gone sort of.... I don't know what to do...
