I had anxiety with depression too! And I am also on prozac and saw a schycologist too which I though that it wouldn't help at all. I had lost hope with doctors and meds.. But I can actually say that I feel great now. And I had anxiety and depression for a year and when I got on my meds (prozac) after a month on 20mg I felt so much better. Just hang in there and keep telling yourself you'll get better with in a month and your brain will actually believe it and you'll feel so much better. I know how you feel and I know how hard it is to hang in there but I'm glad i did and you should to. If you need any more help regarding it I'm more than happy to help you! This election will give everyone that.

smoke weed it helps calm you down

alot of ppl have thoose i do and im 11 deal w/ it life sux i was gonna commit suicide like 4 real a ouple of weeeks ago and my mom found out and i had 2 go 2 his therapy thing so dont feel like ur the only 1just think of things 2 looks forward into the future like wat ur doin in the summer or if u have friends

ok, you have got to give these medicine time at least 2 weeks. then it will set in and hopefully things will get better
also, how to cop with it, find some new hobbies, or a sport you enjoy, possibly a garden or just shopping with friends, try NOT to think about it

It will take time. You could go for a walk or take a hot bath. Listening to soft music or try to take up a hobbie which you enjoy. I go to the beach and watch the water, it clears your head.

Get enough sleep. Make yourself get up and move around,
Eat more vegetables and fruit. Take Tylenol or what ever you normally take for the pain. Do a lot of deep breathing exercise and think about all the things you will do that are fun after you feel better.

i used to have anxiety and mild depression a few years ago and along with therapy and antidepressants, it really helps do just spend some time doing things that make you happy, even though it seems impossible. i always felt like i didnt want to do anything, even the stuff i used to love. its amazing how much doing little things every so often can help you recover. even just going out for a walk . and even though you might not feel like talking to people, you should because that way even if you dont talk to them about your depression, it helps just to reach out to someone when you're really down.
also go to www.helpguide.com, search depression self-help.

you are on the right tack. no one ask for coping skills let me help you

I really kno how you feel, life sucks, well most of the time. Anyways, go hang out with your friends, listen to music, and especially talk to someone(even your parents). Just don't commit suicide because that doesn't help anything, I almost did that, but I thought about who it would hurt, and decided not to.
