How successful is Dialectical behavioural therapy?!

Question: It can be very successful, but only if you're willing to put in the work. It takes effort and participation. Personally, I found it annoying, but I'm bitter about all therapy.

I think dialectical behavioural therapy is the work of Monica Linehan and I have read about it in the context of borderline personality disorder. If I've got the right end of the pineapple I seem to recall that it's a specific therapy for those sorts of issues and that it really leads the field.

Hope this helps. Go well

I've tried it...didnt work for me unfortunately but im sure it has worked for others.
