1) Don't buck the system -- willingly present yourself at or before curfew. Be where you said you'd be, and with who you said you'd be with. Refrain from sneaking anything -- this will help your mom to trust

2) Be of a pleasant disposition, and speak respectfully, always answer your phone when she calls. -- This will help your mom's moods too.

3) See that she meets each one of your friends, and they come to the door when they pick-you up. Watch movies or spend time with your friends in your own home, and sometimes include your mom in the conversation. -- Your mom will come to trust in your judgment of friends.

4) Spend some (atleast 2) evenings at home and eating dinner in the company of your mom. Remember that she is a person who needs companionship too. Do your part in learning to cook, and keeping the house-up. Show you care about her. Invite and include her in shopping trips.

When these 4 things are a part of YOUR LIFE it will help YOUR MOM to feel more confident in her parenting. In turn, your freedom should increase. (It's not easy for mom's to let go, but if she feels you're on the right track it will certainly help her.)

Maybe you can show her that you can be trusted.
Take charge when you go out. Tell her what you are doing before she has to ask. Tell her what time you think you will be coming home before she has to ask.
Show her how you are able to make wise decisions. Maybe by doing this she will not worry so much about you.
I hope this helps.
