Im sorry but your question doesnt make any sense... your question itself says you cant drive because you have epilepsy and that your parents are too superficial to help .. you then go on to say that they lie about going places because they dont take pictures and then you say that you want to go somewhere and take pictures but you want a backup plan other than a cab... then you confuse me even more by saying that somewhere wont take you because your father hits you for wanting to leave at 39.
