I sit in my room unable to move and I sweat and get really stressed.
Medicine just treats the symptoms not the problem. Find something to take your mind of the problem, whether it be a hobby or, as in my case a pet, and in time things will get better.

sometimes people do need medication for depression but if you want to try and handle it without meds, ask your GP could you have some counselling or maybe see a psychotherapist for some self help tips for handling depression, its worth trying to avoid having to take medication.
