Newbie to Cymblata and have questions concerning side effects...?!
Question: I am not a newbie to taking depression medication and have been on alot of things in the past. My Dr. said that most annoying symptom I may notice when first starting this drug was nauseau, but he said that if you have been on other depressive medications in the past, that this side effect is less. Any of you know? Also, any other side effects? Do you like this medication? I am excited about taking it, but scared about side effects.

The studies they did on Cymbalta before it was approved show that nausea is definitely the most common side effect. I didn't have any problems with nausea on Cymbalta, but I'd been on several antidepressants before.
Cymbalta is a newer drug and it's reported to have fewer side effects in general than most other antidepressants. The side effects are rarely severe enough that people have to stop taking the medication, and pretty much anything that goes wrong can be fixed by stopping the medication and trying something else.
