Question: (I think no but i want to know ur ideas)

Answers: (I think no but i want to know ur ideas)

This is an excellent question, as I'm sure many people are pondering this as well.

The best advice is to speak with your doctor. They can suggest alternative strategies to overcome depression. If they feel that medication is the best option for you, you can discuss the wide range of medications used to treat different forms of depression.

People often feel as though it's a faux-pas to take medication for depression, but I assure you that MANY people take them everyday. It is nothing to be embarassed about.

Hope that helps!

illegal or legal drugs?

If they're prescribed by a psychiatrist who has diagnosed depression, yes. Those drugs can allow you to feel normal. If you're just unhappy, no, don't take any drugs of any kind.

NO! If you take them there is a really high chance that it will ruin your life so, NO! If you are depressed find something better to do then something that is obviously stupid, idk find a new bobby or something, you'll probably get really good at this new hobby if you have nothing better to do then feel sorry for yourself. I personally believe its a waste of time. Just find something good to do. But seriously NO DRUGS YOU'LL GET REALLY SCREWED UP WE DON'T NEED MORE OF THOSE TYPE OF PEOPLE ON THE PLANET! Also if you do find a hobby to fix your depression state make sure its something that is good and not bad. Anyhow good luck! :D Drugs are so ewwwwwwww........ but if the doctor prescribed it that's a different story. lol.

Prescribed for u, yes, if a doc thinks so. i have depression in the form of panic disorder and take paxil. it has helped me in so many ways. depression is a chemical imbalance in ur brain. there are other treatments. ask ur doc.

I myself have tried meds to releive stress and they worked for awhile and then they made me feel worse. They can do that
and often make people worse off than they were before.
I've been so stressed out for months and nothing I do helps.
The only thing that works for me, is taking a break from it all.
I relax and ignore the things that stress me out and I find, it helps cause I'm not thinking about them all the time.
