Yes.
It's sexual abuse.
It's sexual molestation. It's child abuse.
On some level, he must be crazy, mentally ill. He doesn't have a healthy sexual life with his wife so he is molesting children within his own family, a form of incest.
He is breaking the law AND he has some kind of mental health problem.
He is the bad guy. You are fine.
The reason they call it the "age of consent" is that a child under the age of 18 (or 17) does not have the life experience even to be able to DECIDE whether or not to give consent when someone proposes having a relationship of a sexual nature.
You don't have enough information about all the different issues involved in order to make a smart DECISION about whether this is good or bad.
Therefore, he is not allowed by law even to approach you in the manner in which he has approached you.
When you are 30 years old, a situation like this would be easy for you to figure out. He would say "Would you like to commit adultery with your cousin's husband," and you would tell him to go check into a mental hospital. Case closed.
Nobody wants to look back on their teenage years and remember being molested by a weirdo.
Make good memories for yourself. Don't let him continue to make bad memories for you.

If you are questioning any behavior from anybody. Then you must talk to your counselor, or your parents depending on who it was. Be strong and know that you are in the right.

If you do not want someone touching you and they are doing it anyway in a sexual manner yes it is . It is a VERY serious crime , and you need to speak with someone about this immediately ...
Yes, especially if it is without your consent. (Since you're below the age of consent anyway he's already in trouble.) That's considered sexual misconduct and he can go to prison for a year or so depending on what state you live in. How old is he?
Edit: Omg. Sweetie you need to tell your parents. I had the same thing happen to me by an old guy and trust me it'll affect you for the rest of your life. Don't be around him alone anymore. Call the cops and file a report against him please I hate to see something worse happen to you. Because trust me once he thinks he can get away with just touching you he's going to try more. I know it's not something you want to talk about, it's something you'd prefer to drop and pretend never happened but PLEASE go to the police station or tell someone who can take you there for you.
He is taking advantage of you. That's called sexual harassment.
if someone other than you re boyfriend is touching you without you re concent then it is Sexual Harassment Not Abuse.

yes, it is sexual assault, and you should report this incident to school adminitrators or law enforcement if it occurred off-campus.
