How do you tell if you're losing your mind?!

Question: What are some of the sings?

Answers: What are some of the sings?

lets see...signs?
when your extremly irritable and can't take whatever the situation is anymore, you can't sleep, can't eat..can't see straight, nor think straight.all you want to do is scream and shout at everything and everybody around you.hope this is answers your question

as soon as you figure this one out then let me know. i feel like i am slowly losing my mind. everyday

When the brain chatter starts and cognition becomes impaired. Or, when thoughts start racing so darn fast you can't remember the start of the sentence by the time ya get to the end. Or, you become so emotionally numb it's like living death. Or, you're convinced you are better, faster, smarter than everyone... or everyone is out to get you and do you in. Mya, then there's seeing and hearing and tasting and feeling stuff that isn't real. More or less, that's a fair slice of it.

if you think something is right there where your staring and its not..

There is a difference between "losing your mind" and having a mental disorder. someone i met who's a social worker told me that. she said some communities believe that all sick people are crazy. it's not true and i hope that's not what you mean by "losing your mind"
If you want my opinion on what is losing your mind here:

1. Not even trying to listen to the people who care about you (not saying the friends or relatives should be overly critical)

2. Not taking medications that work for those illnesses when afflicted.

3. Giving in to anything dangerous. (if drunken behavior, physical violence, or rudeness take over- oh and drugs)

4. Not letting anything help. (I mean like not even trying to relax)

I don't think you'd be writing into this website and asking that question if you were truly losing your mind or even thought so, so relax. Just go to therapy and work on whatever your mental illness is. Just relax.
