Listen to some music that you really love. And just listen to it -- headphones on and eyes closed and not doing anything other than listening to that music.

Have a vacation where it involves nature. it is very refreshing. it could relieve stress. plus it is very quite that you could think more clearly.

go for a walk
exercise
drink a fruit smoothie
play cards
