well 4 me i have severe social anxiety, i have bout 15 friends only and even with them im very shy and quit, i dont like going out a lot, im very paranoid bout stuff, and i dont like ating in front of people, or just general converstaion.First of all did anything tragic happen to u as a child, i know i have social anxiety because just 5 yrs ago something tragic happened to me and it just made me so paranoid with low self esteem. Some of the ways i deal with it is try to think of something else, or just trying to avoid people all together. i know it sucks, but other than that all i can think of is medication.
