Do you ever hold in your anger?!

Question: All week and then once a littlest thing set you on an uncontrollable rampage and you get that raid feeling in your face. What makes you the maddest out of all things is it justified to act this way even if you feel better afterwards? I think people sometime need a little reality check if they catch me in the wrong mood.

I am the same just beware not to overstep a mark, if you hold in too much it can send you into what I call a blackout it happened to me I remember hitting the guy, then nothing until around 6 hours later, when I awoke covered in his blood in my room. Luckily all I did was break his nose, but I couldn't remember a thing dangerous thing is rage. Try venting on a punch bag or something.

yes and no. with my family i feel like i can let out things ,be my self.with others that i work with or i might not even no ,i feel shy cant say anything, and i feel bad, i let things go and when i get home let everything out lol umm carzy but yeah sometimes i wash i wasnt like that u know just be like **** off =)

Sometimes. Some days I have little patience for fools and I always have little patience for selfish or ignorant people as well as liars. I agree, sometimes you need to let off steam so may as well let those who irritate you know about it.

i haven't been able to control it yet

Yes but only to a point. I say what I feel that I need to say. I need to do a better job at reading other people in terms of how they really feel. I have hot button issues. I try to communicate them to my family so they know. My stepkids are extremely lazy (to me they are) and it annoys me to no end when they waste food and drinks. It's because they don't bother thinking for a few seconds or even a minute. There isn't a consequence to their actions so they continue to repeat. I ask them to let me know if something is low (paper, tape, etc) so I can replenish next time I go to the store. I try to make it as easy as possible. I'm nice about it. I don't expect it to be perfect right away. I know that I'll have to say it a few times, maybe more before it sinks in. As long as they make an effort then that is cool by me. But they don't make an effort. It seems like they don't care. It becomes a big problem for me when I find we are low and they know they need to tell me but just didn't feel like it. ??? If they said, I'm sorry, I forgot. Ok. No problem. You knew and you didn't feel like it? Oh yeah, it's a lot of work to write on the board or say something. It's not like we don't talk.
Other than my hot button issues that we all have. I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I usually try to remain calm and be logical, rational. I'm slow to speak. I make myself really think about what I'm going to say. It has become easier with time and consistent effort.

What has still been hard is when my stepdaughter and husband are arguing over something stupid. I then will speak up and let her have it after 5 minutes. She wants him to pour her a glass of milk because she's too lazy to walk 4 feet. He's in the middle of cooking breakfast still. I will say, you need to get up and pour yourself a glass. What is wrong with you? I'm tired of your laziness. You are not a princess. She doesn't get up. My sweet stepson who is still eating breakfast will get up and pour her a glass. What does she say? Thanks. Oy!! It would not kill her to get up and pour herself a glass. She has everything else handed to her. She needs the exercise. She sleeps late and watches tv, half laying on the couch, with her mouth open. Gross.

yeah. then I take it out on the aliens in Halo. :)

btw, lavender+chamomile is very relaxing

It's always best to forgive and forget.
The Creator told us to love one another, so I'm going to follow what the Wisest of all says.
and because if you do pay someone back for their mistakes then you'll just feel stupid anyways, but when you forgive and forget and make piece with that someone who pissed you off then you'll feel like your on clouds.
:)

I try not to... But always do. Then, I just can't take it and just go crazy... It is a bad thing... I got to stop it.
