Why am I sad?!


Question: When I have nothing to be sad about?
I feel like breaking down in tears o.o
It's perfectly fine right now, nothings happened all the same, right as rain. I don't understand myself. >_<

Look.....
A mind is a very complicated machine, it has the ability to keep certain strong emotions for months, years, sometimes... decades.
I don't think your sadness is accidental. But I'll tell you this, and I'm almost certain of it - we naturally feel more sad from guilt and the realization that we hurt someone, or even might have, or that someone's misfortunes were somehow caused by us. I think those emotions are even harder to deal with than the passing of a loved one.
If you know someone with whom you used to have a good friendship or relationship, and something happened that involved your actions, you could find them and apologize.
If you used to love someone... find them and see how they're doing, it could be the answer, maybe they're feeling the same thing.
So, along those lines you should start your quest. Good luck now!

It might be stresss

You just need to spend some time alone and treating yourself really nice. Sometimes I feel really sad and I'll have no idea why, so I sleep alot and buy new things or organize my room to let the chi flow in and it really does help. It could just be your enviroment, like when I said chi, it's feng shui and it's supposed to create a healthy and happy enviroment for the mind. Just have some special 'you' time and be happy. Or just cry and let it all out. Sometimes that helps.

take 12 RAW PEANUTS and 1 RAW WALNUTS.
eat everyday.
do not eat cooked peanut & walnuts.
