I'm always sleepy?!


Question: I can't study or concentrate at all because im always sleepy.

man. same here. right now its 2am and im wide awake playing guitar the only thing that gets my mind off my anxiety disorder.


i cant sleep at night, cant stay awake during the day. sometimes my problem is that i think too much. i dont realize it but i do. my head hits the pillow and the thoughts pour into my head. everything from what i should've said today, to my childhood, to what i want to do tomorrow, to my dreams, random peoples voices, tv, and static. and its going all at once i think i might be crazy haha.

maybe you have something similar? sometimes we dont even notice how we over think before we go to sleep. when i spent less time on teh computer it helps, because it overstimulates my brain.

i know it sounds fruity but take a warm shower/bath every night to get your body relaxed and ready for bed. routine is good. perhaps you need to change your pillow/mattress? maybe even your bed linen. your body could be irritated from a lack of variety. sounds ridiculous but it could happen,

no not really i can never sleep so yea

get up when the sun gets up, eat healthy food, exercise, drink plenty of water

do that for a month and im sure you will feel less sleepy

you have aids

sleep earlier
and drink coffee :D

oh i no what that is its when you dont have enough iron in your blood and its lcalled uhh hang on uhh idk some werid thing

You should sleep at afternoon from 3pm to 5pm.Now at night you will not be sleepy and you can concentrate in your studies.I hope you will follow my advice.

There are other factors to consider before giving you an
answer, such as:

1. How old are you?
2. What is your present daily intake of food, what does it consist of and how often do you eat during a typical day?
3. Do you do strenuous activites each day?
4. Have you had any illnesses within the past 60-90 days?
5. Are you taking any medications at present? If yes, what
are side effects?

Answer these and ask again.

Is it because you do not sleep enough at night?
You need at least 6-7 hours of good sleep.
Do you eat enough to provide the energy your body need?
3 meals a day with proteins as meat and eggs?
If you have done both of the above,
but you are still sleepy,
you may want to take some vitamins like
multi-vitamins, and/or B complex.
They are quit helpful.
