Coming out of... confinement?!

Question: To whom it may concern, I've barely left the house for months now due to various panic attacks. I've finally started to overcome them, and I'm pretty set to avoid medication, that can lead to other problems. I can drive now, but... I'm wondering what else someone in my situation should watch out for, do or not do. I figure I can beat this, whatever led to it, but any advice would help.

Panic attacks, confinement, anxiety, and fear... versus talking, a chill pill, and health.

See a therapist if not a psychiatrist. Pride is a foolish thing to get in the way of living.

1st off...see a professional..

and second, id say aviod crowded places and stressful situations..u shoud be fine

My daughter has panic attacks. She takes medication and it sure does help (she has no side effects from the meds either). The meds really control the attacks without controlling her. I would highly recommend you talk to your doctor and tell him just what you said here. Maybe there is a way to get over it on your own if you are set in doing so. But the drugs they have nowadays are amazing---with very little or no sideaffects at all. Good luck to you!

why does everyone try to cure themselves .
A psychologist can help you do this and make it relatively easy.
