I dont know what im doing....?!


Question: i really just......im lost and depressed and people just think im being a b*tch. im only 12 and i feel stressed, hurt and lonley, people hate me and talk about me. im sick of it! im just like running in circles i swear. honestly i dont know what my question is.........but i want to feel better

How much more similar to my life could this get? My friends aren't my friends anymore. They're going off, talking about me behind my back, sucking up to the people that care about me so I'll look bad. You can IM me if you want, and I'll allow email through Answers so you can talk. I know exactly how you feel, believe me.

it sounds to me as if your going through a rough time, have you get anyone who you can talk to and exsplain to on how your feeling? if you keep it bottled up in your mind then it wont help, i believe you need to talk to someone who can help you or even write things down on a piece of paper on how you are feeling, this tends to help,

I know how it goes. I think what your feeling is a normal part of being a 12 year old girl. I know most of the girls I know your age ( I am a therapist) feel the same.
If you have had some of the following symptoms for more than two weeks ( loss of intrest in activites you once enjoyed, no feelings of pleasure in life, feeling very tired, sleeping too much or too little, weight gain or weight loss (without trying) reccurent thoughts of death or suicide. You may be suffering from clinical depression. The good thing about depression is 92% of cases are curable.
If you feel you do have depression, tell a trusted adult and get help. Please know that depression is a chemical imbalance which is NOT your fault.

Welcome to the Club ! Most of us don't have a CLUE what we're doing...-So you're NOT unusual there... -But you're also becoming a Teenager; and that's usually not a Picnic in the BEST of Circumstances. So HOW do you feel better? -Well, to begin with; Get OFF your own Back- & cut yourself some "Slack". I bet if I met you on the Street- I'd think, "Hm! Nice girl- she's got-it-together, too..." So think of YOURSELF Positively- & everyone ELSE will, too. And then about your "stress"; LOSE it. Yeah- I know that's easy for ME to say... -But the fact IS; whether we worry about things or NOT, it's NOT going to change the Outcome of whatever happens. So WHY freak out about it?! Get a "Grip", do your best, -& let someone ELSE deal with the Hassles. ...Just remember; you're 12, life is short, have some Fun whenever you can, - & let the Stupidity & Nonsense of Life GO... - & You'll be fine. -Really! :) :) :)
